Efficient staff, amazing spa and massage, lovely pool area isolated from restaurant and garden by a wall. Convenient access to Thamel tourist area and local businesses. Strong WiFi in both rooms and common areas.

The hotel I stayed in during my city trip was amazing. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, bars, and restaurants. The best part was the complimentary airport pick-up. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi which was a big help to plan my sightseeing itinerary. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water every day.

Sadly, there were a few things I didn't like during my stay. The breakfast buffet could have been better.

Spent my new year at a charming hotel situated in the heart of a vibrant and colorful courtyard. The hotel provides personalized and hospitable service, offering local and western food options, swimming pool, and amazing massages. I was impressed by the helpfulness of the concierge who provided key location facts and “going rate” information for local taxis, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room was comfortable and clean, offering an oasis of peace and tranquility from the hustle and bustle outside.

Some wear and tear visible in the rooms and corridors. the spa facilities were located outside the hotel in a noisy location, which detracted from the relaxation experience.
